AHORE - Television host Aftab Iqbal, better known as the man who isn't former Prime Minister Imran Khan but still shares half of his name, was recently apprehended in a surprise raid. But what was more surprising? His record-breaking release within 24 hours. Insiders now reveal how this miracle was achieved: an exclusive TV deal for Lahore's finest.

Sources say that during his brief stay behind bars, Iqbal pitched the idea of a new reality show, "ArrestNAAK", where officers of the police would apprehend celebrities under vaguely justifiable reasons. The twist? Those celebrities would have to charm their way out by offering the officers exclusive rights to their newest projects.

“The moment Aftab mentioned the idea, the station chief’s eyes lit up,” claims a source close to the matter. “Within minutes, they were discussing potential guest stars and episode themes, like ‘Midnight Raid Madness’ and ‘High Profile Undercover Takedowns.’”

The pilot episode is rumored to feature Aftab himself, where he offers the police exclusive broadcasting rights to 'ArrestNAAK' in a touching, circular narrative twist.

Ayesha Noor Iqbal, when reached for comments, said, “I knew my dad was a genius at making deals, but to think he converted an unlawful arrest into a potentially hit TV show is... classic Aftab.”

Local residents are torn on the matter. One resident commented, "I mean, it's ridiculous. But I'd definitely watch it." Another added, "If they pull in some Bollywood stars, I’m all in!"

The Lahore Police Department has yet to confirm their role in the upcoming reality show. However, mysterious vehicles have been spotted outside the residences of several notable Pakistani celebrities, fueling speculation.

As for Aftab Iqbal? He was last seen wearing sunglasses indoors, a sign that he’s ready for his prime-time spotlight. "I've always said, when life gives you lemons, make prime-time television," he commented.
